I had a wonderful experience with 123 Rent! The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. They were patient with me, answered all of my questions, and made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. You can really tell that they care about helping their customers and making sure they have a good experience.

I found a really nice home in Antelope Valley for my mother and the staff at 123rent was very friendly, respectful and professional. The application process went smoothly and we were helped step by step from A to Z (application process to move in) so special thanks to Alejandro, Devy and Barbara for assisting my mom. I would definitely recommend 123Rent to anyone who is looking for a place.

Great management company. Very responsive to maintenance issues. Good communication, once you make it past the AI operator.

I've had (and still have) excellent experience with Barbara and the 123Rent team. From the very beginning, they have been responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication has been clear and timely. I am very happy with their service and know that I am leaving my property in good hands. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable responsive and professional management company.
