Management fees
- 8% of collected rent — single-family homes
- 6% of collected rent — multi-unit properties
The percentage is taken from rent we actually collect, not from the listed rent.
Leasing fee
- 50% of the first month’s rent when we manage the property
- 100% of the first month’s rent without management
- $795 minimum
Agreement terms
- Month-to-month agreements — no long lock-in
- Cancel with 30-day notice
- 30-day risk-free trial
110% price match
If you find a lower comparable management price, we match it and beat it by 10%.
