Owners and Tenants Have Their Own Portal
Owners can track property status, view statements, and communicate with their property manager through a dedicated online portal. Tenants can pay rent and submit maintenance requests the same way.
Simple, Transparent Management Fees
Our standard management fee is 8% of collected rent for single-family homes and 6% for multi-unit properties, with a leasing fee of 50% of the first month’s rent. Agreements are month-to-month, with no long-term contract required.
